概要・業務内容
2026年2月新店オープンにつき、新店を含む都内各店舗で勤務いただけるかたを募集します。ロジェ・ヴィヴィエのシューズ、バッグ、皮革小物の接客販売を担当していただきます。顧客開拓及び在庫管理、店舗オペレーションにも携わっていただきます。ロジェ・ヴィヴィエでは常に"おもてなし"の気持ちを大切に、上質な接客・サービスを提供し続けています。具体的には「お客様に楽しんでいただける店舗づくりと接客」をスタッフ全員が心がけており、温かみのあるサービスでファンになってくださるお客様を増やしています。ご来店されるお客様はファッショナブルな方が多い為、ファッションが好きな方・感度の高い方は歓迎します

必須スキル・経験
百貨店でのファッション販売経験者。
ラグジュアリー以外でもファッション販売の経験があれば可。
20代後半~30代が活躍中。
歓迎スキル・経験
皮革製品・服飾雑貨などのインポートブランドでの販売経験尚可。
求める人物像
アパレルやファッション等の業界問わず、販売や接客経験をお持ちの方は歓迎します。20代後半~30代の男女スタッフが多数在籍しており、そのほとんどが中途入社です。アパレルやラグジュアリーブランドの経験者もいますが、ホテルや航空会社などでの接客経験者、コスメの販売経験者などラグジュアリーブランド業界未経験から転職したスタッフも多く活躍しています。まずは自宅にゲストをお招きした時のように「楽しんでもらいたい」「喜んでもらいたい」、そんな気持ちでお客様をお迎えしてください。お客様とお話する中で、これまでの経験を活かしてお客様の期待を超えるようなご提案をし、お客様に新鮮な驚きや新たな発見をもたらせるような方を求めています。
