「技術支援/研究開発(海水系防汚技術)【プライム/業界最大手】」のポジションの求人です
【期待する役割】
海水系の防汚技術に関する専門知識を有した経験者として同社に入社いただいた後、組織の技術力強化に貢献いただきたいと思います。将来的には、新技術/新商品開発も推進し、海水系の防汚技術の分野の技術後継者として管理職を補佐いただくことを期待します。
【職務内容】
■プラント洗浄事業における技術サポート全般(既存技術の営業/工事支援)
■プラント洗浄事業におけるソリューション提案
■海水系統設備の防食に関する技術サポート
■既存技術/商品の改良および新技術/新商品の開発
具体的には:
- 洗浄事業に関わる技術サポート/ソリューション提案
<洗浄に関わる受注支援>
スケール調査、排水処理試験などの依頼試験対応
顧客課題に対するソリューション提案
客先への技術プレゼン
<現場での技術支援>
新規案件などでの技術対応
お客様への勉強会開催 など
- 既存技術/工法の改良改善
施工部門と連携し、既存の洗浄薬品や工法の改良改善
特許出願、論文投稿、学会発表
- 新技術/新商品開発
保有技術や他社技術との融合などによるCSVに貢献する新技術/新商品開発
※1業務がメインとなり、開発等の業務は現状全体の2-3割程度です
【顧客と事業例】
主要市場…産業プラント(石油精製/石油化学/製鉄/製紙 など)
■原子力発電所:
放射性物質に汚染された機器を薬品で「除染」する
■製油所:油を蒸留する際に付着する油を洗浄する(物理洗浄が主)
■製鉄所:ボイラや製鉄設備の洗浄(製鉄所は特に水を大量に使うためニーズが多い)
■製紙工場:パルプを酸で溶かす際に発生する木質汚れなどを洗浄する
主要品目:
- 洗浄工事
1)化学洗浄
2)物理洗浄
3)排水・廃棄物処理
- 洗浄用薬品等販売
- 装置機器販売
※適性により大まかに電力・油・原子力・海水防食などの領域に担当分けをしております。
その他排水処理など基本的な領域においては全メンバーが業務状況に応じて分担をしています。

【必須要件】
■基礎化学の知識、電気化学の知識
【歓迎要件】
■電力、鉄鋼、石油石化 などの分野での技術担当経験
■化学洗浄、排水処理、腐食/防食に関する知識/経験
■特許出願、論文投稿、学会発表経験
■博士、技術士
■海水系の防食・防汚に関する研究の経験
■新技術/新商品開発の経験
【給与】
年収 670 ~ 1100 万円
経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
