当社は完全予約制の専用相談室で、お客様一人ひとりの症状やご希望、ご予算を丁寧に伺い、最適な商品をご提案しています。髪型や乳房のイメージを具体的にすり合わせることで、お客様が自分らしく輝けるサポートを行っています。初めての商品使用者にはわかりやすく説明し、他社製品使用経験者からは現状の困りごとをお聞きして対応しています。

正職員として月給25万円以上、営業・販売経験3年以上の方は月給27万円以上からスタート可能です。年2回の賞与や年1回の昇給もあり、頑張りが評価される体制です。研修制度では座学とOJTで商品知識や接客スキルだけでなく、お客様への配慮ある対応も学べます。勤務時間は10時~19時で残業は月15時間以下、完全週休2日制なのでプライベートも充実できます。育児支援制度も整っており、時短勤務相談も可能です。 お客様にじっくり寄り添い、人の役に立ちたい方、腰を据えて長く働きたい方にぴったりのお仕事です。あなたのご応募を心よりお待ちしております

外見ケアカウンセラー(医療事務/受付)
【仕事内容】
- お仕事の流れ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ヒアリング> 完全予約制の専用相談室で、お客さまのお話を伺い、症状や気になる点、ご予算などを確認します。 ご提案 なりたい髪型・乳房のイメージを具体的にすり合わせ、条件に適した商品をご提案。 ご成約&お渡し ご試着を経てオーダーをいただき、手続きのうえで晴れて商品をお渡し・納品します。 具体的な業務内容 ・お客様の条件にかなう商品の提案・試着 ・注文書作成 ・注文契約書、重要事項説明書への同意・サイン ・オーダーシート作成 ・納品後の案内 ・商品の納品、お渡し など 初めてご使用の方には、商品のご説明から実施 他社製品の使用経験がある方には、現状での違和感・困り事などをお聞きします 病院催事での営業社員補助(月数回)など、他部署のサポートを行うことも ==== 1日のスケジュール例 10:00 出社、朝礼 10:10 営業開始 予約状況確認、カウンセリング、技術者の手伝い 12:00 休憩(1時間) 13:00 カウンセリング、契約書の入力 18:10 技術者の手伝い、明日の予約状況確認 18:40 店内清掃 19:00 終業 従事すべき業務の変更の範囲:会社の定める業務 就業場所の変更の範囲:会社の定める事業所

【教育体制・研修】
研修制度あり 1カ月研修制度 Step1 座学を通して会社概要を学び、その後はマニュアル動画で学習 Step2 OJT形式で、商品説明・カウンセリング・接客などのやり方やウィッグの扱い方、実践的なスキルや知識を身に付けます。 お客さまにとって、髪や乳房は自分らしさ・女性らしさを象徴する大切なもの。そのため、配慮ある言動・対応などについても研修でしっかり学んでいきます。
