Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering teams in application design, development, testing, and rollout
- Understand business requirements and deliver features with high quality and speed
- Maintain and improve service levels
- Negotiate and coordinate with internal and external vendors
Mandatory Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in developing Android or iOS native apps
- Proficiency in tools like Android Studio, Gradle, Xcode, and Git
- Knowledge of up-to-date front-end technologies
- Experience in securing non-functional requirements like performance, security, and productivity
- Excellent logical thinking, flexibility, and multitasking ability
- Proactive and initiative
Desired Qualifications:
- Coding experience for applications communicating with servers using Web APIs
- Business application design experience in financial systems
- Development experience of services for end-users
- Development experience of Web applications
- Distributed development experience
- Agile development experience
