仕事内容:
確定拠出年金運営管理機関のコールセンターで、インバウンドメインの電話対応をお願いします。
確定拠出年金制度、運用、商品について等、覚えることが多いため、約3ヶ月間は研修が中心です。
確定拠出年金初心者の方にも丁寧に指導します。
用件ごとに、段階的に「机上研修」と応対スクリプトに沿って「受電」を繰り返しますので、無理なく業務知識を習得していただけます
