職務目的

自動車保険は、AIG損保の事業の約4割を占め、AIG損保において安定的に、収益を伴う成長を継続させるための重要な商品です。
当社の自動車保険の収益を伴う成長を実現するため、恒常的に良好な損害率を維持するための損害率の良いマーケットの特定と攻略、それらを実現するために担当領域におけるプロモーション施策の企画・立案・実行を担当します。

職責

〇プロダクションアンダーライター(PU)

各地域特性も踏まえた収益の高いマーケットの調査や他社と差別化できる比較推奨販売戦略の企画・立案、新たなセールスの仕組みづくり、営業店・代理店への研修実施を通じて、AIGの自動車保険の収益を伴う成長を推進します。担当地域のマーケットコンディションや代理店の特性などを、地域事業本部長や地域の戦略メンバーとも連携し、自動車保険部の本社方針と整合させて戦略施策を練っていく必要があり、能動的かつ高いコミュニケーション力とマーケット洞察力が求められます。
