同社は、エンタープライズ企業のDX/AI化を推進するパートナーとして、Microsoft社の生成AIやローコードツールの利活用を促進し、業務効率化および生産性向上の支援を行います。

戦略立案・企画・実行から定着フェーズまで一気通貫で支援し、業務改善コンサルティング、研修/人材育成等の多岐にわたるプロジェクトに携わり、クライアントの中長期的な組織変革を支援します。

日本の生産性の向上を目指し、Microsoft製品を導入している企業を対象に生成AIや

ローコードツールの活用~定着支援を提供しています。

DX・AI化の推進、業務の効率化、そして現場の人材育成を支援することが同社の事業内容です。

【具体的には】

・ エンタープライズ企業のDX/AI化を推進するパートナーとして、Microsoft社の

生成AI(Copilot/CopilotAgent/CopilotStudio)や

ローコードツール(PowerApps/PowerAutomate)の

利活用を促進し、業務効率化および生産性向上の支援を行います。

・ 戦略立案・企画・実行から定着フェーズまで一気通貫で支援し、

業務改善コンサルティング、研修/人材育成等の多岐にわたるプロジェクトに携わり、

クライアントの中長期的な組織変革を支援します。

・ プロジェクトの主なフェーズと具体的な業務内容

・ 構想・企画フェーズ:クライアントとの対話を通じた課題抽出・ゴール設計、施策全体像のプランニング

【求める人材】

・大卒以上

・社会人経験3年以上

・コンサルティングファームでの就業経験 ※IT部門以外の方も歓迎

【歓迎】

・プロジェクトマネジメント経験

・ITコンサルタントとして、ローコードツールや生成AIを活用し、業務プロセスの改善や標準化を行った経験(Microsoft製品の利用経験があれば尚可)

【給与】

年収800~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
