ホールスタッフを募集中です

◆お店の想い

「八咲」という店名には、

"お客様に末永く愛される店に"という願いが込められています。

瀬戸内海に囲まれた因島は、昔から港町として栄え、

新鮮な魚介が豊富に揃う地域。

その恵みを一番おいしい瞬間に届けたい──

そんな思いから生まれたのが「なごみ処 八咲」です。

地元の漁師さんが朝獲ってきた魚、

島で採れた野菜や果実。

その日の素材と対話しながら、

"一皿で季節を感じる料理"を丁寧に仕立てています。

「派手さはなくても、心に残る料理を」

そんな想いを大切に、スタッフ全員でお店をつくっています。

◆仕事内容

因島・土生町の和食レストラン 「なごみ処 八咲」 で、

ホールスタッフとして接客を中心にお任せします。

落ち着いた雰囲気のお店なので、

飲食未経験の方でも始めやすい環境です。

【主な仕事内容】

ご案内:ご来店されたお客様をお席までご案内します。

オーダー取り:メニューの説明をしながら、注文をお伺いします。

配膳・ドリンク提供:料理や飲み物をタイミングよくお届けします。

レジ対応:お会計やポイントカードの対応などを行います。

開店前の準備:店内の清掃、テーブルセット、食器や備品の補充など。

閉店作業:後片付けや翌日の簡単な準備を行います。

職場は笑顔の絶えない穏やかな雰囲気。

スタッフ同士の距離が近く、意見や工夫を出し合える環境です。

未経験の方でも先輩スタッフが丁寧に教えていきますのでご安心ください

昼は、地元の常連さんや観光客でにぎわうランチタイム。

夜は、家族での会食やお祝い、会社の接待など、

落ち着いた雰囲気の中でお食事を楽しまれるお客様が多いです。

小さなお子様連れのご家族から、

出張や観光で訪れる方まで──

まるで"地域の顔"のように、幅広い世代に愛されています。

・ランチ平均:1,000〜2,000円

・ディナー平均:2,000〜3,000円

店内は木目調で落ち着いた雰囲気。

カウンター席のほか、テーブル・個室を備えた全80席。

4〜10名まで対応できる個室は、法事や会食でも利用されます。

バリアフリー設計で、ご年配の方にも優しい空間。

駐車場は9台完備しており、車通勤もしやすい立地です。

勤務時間・曜日:

ランチ:9時30分〜14時00分

ディナー:17時00分〜21時30分

※ランチのみ、ディナーのみOK

※短時間勤務OK

休暇・休日:

ランチ:9時30分〜14時00分

ディナー:17時〜21時30分

※14時〜17時の3時間は休憩

アクセス:

・因島北ICから車で約15分

・マイカー通勤OK(駐車場9台完備)

・公共交通機関利用の場合:因島土生港から徒歩約8分

・尾道市街地や三原市方面から通勤するスタッフも在籍

給与:

・交通費実費支給(上限4万円/月)

待遇・福利厚生:

・制服貸与、まかない付き

・UIJターン歓迎(島外からの転居者も多数在籍)
