Your Role

  • Full integration in the Henkel Consumer Brands team of Japan
  • Close cooperation with the Japanese department heads
  • Core focus on retail sales channel controlling collaborating with the Japan & APAC concerned team
  • Facilitate decision-making of the management team through ad-hoc and regular financial analysis
  • Create new analysis processes and tools for future business steering
  • Support the preparation of top management's decisions

Your Skills

  • Degree in finance and/or controlling
  • More than 3 years of business expertise and FP&A knowledge
  • Proficiency in Japanese language and excellent English communication skills
  • Digital Skills
  • Solid Excel knowledge
  • Basic PowerPoint proficiency
  • Relevant work experience/knowledge in controlling, finance, or a related field (e.g. consulting)
  • International mindset
