そのベルギーワッフルを日本に紹介したいという思いからスタートしました

その思いは現在もスタッフ一同が引継ぎ、日々ワッフルの普及に努めておりますが、

実は毎日さまざまなエピソードが誕生しているのです

そんなマネケンショップならではのエピソードをご紹介

~お買い物デビュー編~

ある日、小さな女の子が1人でご来店され「ワッフルを1つくださいな」と。

お買い物かな?と心配に思っていたら、実はお母さまが外から見守っていて

「お買い物デビュー」だったのです

その子の頑張る姿にもほっこりしましたし、子供に安心してお買い物デビューを任せられる

お店であることが嬉しく、これからもそんなお店であるように頑張ろうと思いました。

~広がるワッフル編~

ある日、「ワッフル2個×50セット」のご注文が

そのまた後日、同じご注文が入ったので、同じお客様かな?と思ったら別のお客様から

「50セットのご予約が続くなんてめずらしいなぁ…?」と思っていたら、

ご予約のお客様が「この前一緒に仕事をした人がマネケンのワッフルを配っていて、

今回自分も同じように配ろうと思ったんですよ。」とお話してくださいました。

「自分も同じように人にあげたい」、そう思ってもらえるマネケンワッフルの

製造&接客に携われている事をとても嬉しいなと思った出来事ですね。

  • マネケンってなーに? ~実は大阪府民と身近な存在~

1986年、大阪梅田に日本初のベルギーワッフル店として創業しました

恐らく一度は当店のワッフルを食べた方が多いのでは?と思いますが

おかげ様で大阪内でも16店舗(全国51店舗中)と多くの府民さんに

愛&支えられて今日もワッフルを焼いております

仕事内容


お任せする業務は以下

ほとんどのスタッフが未経験からのスタートなので

各商品の特徴~ワッフル作りのコツまで丁寧にお教えします

・接客&お会計

ショーケース越しにレジでご注文をうかがいます。

お客様が悩まれていたら人気商品をご紹介することもお忘れなく

その後は商品の箱詰めやお会計を

・ワッフルの製造

専用機での焼き上げやチョコのトッピングをお願いします

できたての甘い香りに包まれるため、実は人気ポジション
