建設工事現場における一般建築の施工管理スタッフ

仕事内容:

★担当案件:基本的に1案件。掛け持ちはほぼございません。

・建設工事現場における一般建築の施工管理(木造・鉄骨造・RC造)

・リフォーム・メンテナンス工事の施工管理、一般建築設計

工期は2,3ヶ月から1年程度のものがありますが、長期の宿泊を伴うような案件はございません。

現場は住宅・ビル建設・リフォームなど多岐に渡ります。

【流れ】

先輩が担当している現場の同行から始まります。

目安としては半年~1年ほどかけて、一人前になるよう指導し、小さな現場から責任者として対応していただきます。
