仕事内容:

正社員として、首都圏のインフラを担う現場へ

月給30万~50万円で、毎月の賃金に加えて現場手当や資格手当が加算される充実した給与体系。

基本給18万~33.5万円に、住宅手当、世帯手当、運転手当、そして現場手当などが重なることで、実際の手取りは想像以上に。

お任せすること

・大手通信会社(ソフトバンク、docomoなど)の携帯基地局設置工事

・信号機のLED交換工事

・電気自動車の充電設備設置工事

・現場は関東地区を中心に、直行直帰が基本

1日のタイムスケジュール

・現場によって異なる時間に出社(9時~が基本、別途手当支給) ・現場での施工作業 ・12時~13時 休憩(60分) ・午後の施工作業 ・18時 終業 ・月平均残業25時間程度

・基本給 180,000円〜335,000円

【参考年収】

・入社1年目:年収約380万円(月給22万円×12ヶ月+現場手当・資格手当+賞与)

・入社3年目:年収約430万円(月給28万円×12ヶ月+現場手当・資格手当+賞与)

・入社5年目以上:年収約480万円(月給33万円×12ヶ月+現場手当・資格手当+賞与)

【各種手当詳細】

・現場手当:日額2,500円(繁忙期約25日、閑散期約15日の変動あり) 毎日の現場業務に対する直接的な評価。頑張った日数が給与に直結します。

・資格手当:月額5,000~50,000円(資格内容・等級による) 電気工事士をはじめとした資格を取得すれば、基本給に加えて加算。スキルが報酬につながる環境です。

・住宅手当:月額20,000円 運転手当:月額3,000~10,000円(勤続年数・職務内容による)

・世帯手当:月額10,000~16,000円(家族構成による)

・交通費:実費支給(月額上限15,000円)

※昇給:年1回(0~10,000円/月、前年度実績) ※賞与:年2回支給(実績に基づく)
