職務詳細

【業務内容】

月次、四半期、年次決算業務 ※経理チーム:スタッフ2名 ・税効果会計適用

・収益認識準適用

・親会社がIFRSのため、四半期/年次ではIFRS調整あり(有給休暇引当金、使用権)

・計算書類、事業報告、附属明細書の作成

税務業務 ※税理士とは月1でmtg。月次決算のレビュー。

・確定申告に必要な基礎資料作成 ※申告は税理士に依頼

・償却資産申告書の作成・提出(法定調書は社労士法人に依頼)

親会社対応 ※親会社経理と直接やり取り

・四半期/期末の連結パッケージ入力

管理会計 ※月次業務 ・グループ別PLの作成及び予実管理ファイルの更新(各グループの責任者に展開)

会議体運営

・週次の事業運営会議に向けた資料更新(報告コメントは各グループの責任者に依頼)

・月次の予実報告会に向けた資料更新(報告コメントは各グループの責任者に依頼)

・月次の経営会議に向けた資料更新(報告コメントは事業責任者に依頼)

資金繰り ※月2~3回の更新頻度

・資金繰り表の更新

・年間のCash Simulationの更新

監査対応 ※会計監査対応は四半期

・連結子会社としての会計監査対応

・J-Sox対応

チームマネジメント

・スタッフ2名のマネジメント

経営企画業務

・ご経験や志向を踏まえ、予実管理、CFOとのディスカッションを通じた経営課題の抽出と施策の実行支援に関与いただく可能性あり

・経理業務経験5年以上

・月次、四半期、年次決算業務の経験

・複数名のメンバーのマネジメント

【歓迎要件】

・上場企業での経理経験

・少数組織での経理業務経験

・開示書類作成経験

・監査法人対応(会計処理の論点に関する折衝等)

・税務申告業務経験
