【Responsibilities】

As a Full-Stack Development Engineer, you will play a central role within the development team. You will be responsible for balancing the stability of the current platform with the creation of new value through the following tasks:

・Stabilizing Content Delivery Infrastructure: Develop and maintain a robust infrastructure that ensures stable content delivery, even for enterprise clients with massive user bases

・New Feature Development: Execute the development of new features based on the product roadmap to continuously enhance the overall value of the product.

・Customer-Driven Feature Development: Identify and develop highly versatile features by prioritizing specific requests gathered through Customer Success activities that align with market needs.

This product is a communication platform that utilizes one of Japan's largest platforms as its integration foundation. By facilitating customer retention from websites, delivering individually optimized messages through data utilization, providing one-on-one customer support, and integrating with other systems, the platform comprehensively solves corporate marketing challenges and maximizes results. Its core strength lies in its ability to provide seamless, end-to-end support for the entire customer journey, from initial acquisition to building long-term brand loyalty.

【 Requirements】

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on system development experience

• Development experience using TypeScript and React

• Experience as a full-stack engineer (frontend and backend expertise)

• Ability to independently complete the entire development cycle from specification to release

• 2+ years of code review experience

• Ability to implement test code to improve quality

• Experience making technology decisions (comprehensively evaluating technical requirements, cost, and operability to make decisions)

• Business-level Japanese proficiency

• 2+ years of experience leading development as a technical lead (teams of 5+ members)

• Experience designing REST APIs

Preferred Experiences

• Development experience with Go

• Experience designing domain-driven or clean architecture

• Experience developing gRPC APIs

• Ability to efficiently leverage AI to improve development speed and quality. Also, ability to organize and share knowledge on effective AI usage.
