- Analyze outbound travel and digital wallet user trends in Japan and across Asia; develop growth strategies across travel categories (flights, hotels, attractions, transportation, etc.) to improve DAT, retention, new user orders, and repurchase.
- Support Alipay+ partner wallets and regional operations; collaborate with Japanese travel, retail, and lifestyle merchants to drive adoption of Alipay+ Travel Solutions.
- Develop and localize integrated marketing strategies using Alipay+ brand and Japanese wallet partners to grow users and enhance brand visibility in Japan.
- Plan and operate online/offline campaigns, content marketing, and themed events to drive user acquisition and conversion among Japanese users.
- Use data and user insights to identify new marketing opportunities and optimize lifecycle user operations.
- Lead crossfunctional growth initiatives by collaborating closely with product, tech, UED, marketing, and external partners in Japan.
- Drive effective communication and project execution across teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing and business strategies in the Japanese market.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in user growth, product operations, brand/marketing operations, channel operations, or integrated marketing. Experience in travel, OTA, O2O, or digital wallet sectors is highly preferred.

- Willingness to travel within Asia occasionally; longerterm assignments are a plus.
- Passion for crossborder travel and strong understanding of Japanese outbound traveler behavior.

- 学士以上、ユーザーグロース、プロダクト運営、ブランド/マーケティング運営、チャネル運営、または統合マーケティングで3年以上の経験(旅行・OTA・O2O・デジタルウォレット分野の経験歓迎)。
- 高いデータ分析力と戦略的思考力を持ち、0→1のプロジェクトを独自に遂行できる方。
- 多機能・多文化環境での優れた協業スキル。
