【職業指導員・生活支援員】
就労移行支援事業所・生活介護事業所等勤務
(八本松町・西条町)
・障害のある方の通所支援事業所になります。
・相談支援を行いながら、日々の活動支援や作業支援などを行います。
就業・生活支援センター勤務
(東広島市西条町)
●障害のある方への就労に向けた相談支援(面談・企業訪問等)
●就労されている障害のある方への職業指導や職場定着支援
●行事企画等の準備や事務処理(連携会議や勉強会の開催準備)

勤務時間・曜日:
8:30~17:15
週休2日(土日祝休み)月1回土曜日出勤あり

子育て中の主婦も活躍できる職場です。
個別対応業務で、スタッフ間で柔軟な業務調整が可能なため、家庭と仕事を両立しながら安心して働けます。
事業所内には、子育てしながら働くスタッフも多く、みんな理解があるため、子どもの急な体調不良や行事等にもお互い協力体制があり気兼ねなく働く事ができます。
