- 事業成長に伴う開発体制の強化です。
現在、2B向け新プロダクトの垂直立ち上げや、2C向け既存プロダクトのデザインシステム刷新といった重要プロジェクトが並走しており、フロントエンドからプロダクトのUXを底上げできるシニア層のエンジニアを求めています。
■業務内容
□フロントエンドを「ブラウザ上のコードだけでなく、Node.jsを用いたBFF層まで」と定義しており、幅広い裁量を持って開発に携わっていただきます。
- TypeScript / (App Router)を用いたWebアプリケーションの設計・実装
- tRPC / Zod を活用した型安全なBFF層の開発
- プロダクト横断のデザインシステムの構築および刷新
- チーム開発におけるコードレビュー、設計検討、技術動向の共有

チーム体制:
フロントエンド:3名(正社員2名、業務委託1名)※デザインチームも別途存在。
バックエンド:約20名
→プロジェクト単位で3~4名程度のチームを組成し、短期~半年程度のサイクルで担当。
