所沢営業所では機械装置を搬出搬入するスタッフを募集しています
作業を行うクライアント先は関東地区を中心に全国にあるため
出張や宿泊を伴うスケジュールになることも少なくありません。
その分の頑張りは出張手当や宿泊手当などで還元し
休日もしっかり取得できるよう制度は整えています。
搬出入作業は機器の大きさにもよりますが3名~20名のチームにて、
時にはリフトやクレーンを使いながらそれぞれが役割分担して進めていくため、
体力自慢の方でなくても大丈夫です。
資格や経験があれば即戦力として活躍できます
新入社員の方でも可能な作業からお任せするので、ご安心ください。
資格取得制度があるため、フォークリフト、玉掛など必要な資格は
全額会社負担で取得できます。

【仕事内容】
クライアント先に赴き大型精密機器を搬出入、設置するお仕事です。
機器の大きさによりますが、2名~20名ぐらいで作業します。
※免許や資格が必要なフォークリフト、クレーン、玉掛け等を使用する際は、有資格者が作業します。
- 関東・東北エリアへの搬出入を中心に全国への出張があります。
※宿泊時はホテルに宿泊(別途手当支給もあり)
- 社用車(デリカ・ハイエース等)で3~6人で移動します。
運転は交代しながら行い、中継地を経由する場合もあります。
一日の流れ(近隣エリア)
8:30 朝礼・現場へ移動
9:30 現場到着・作業開始
12:00 昼食
13:00 午後の作業開始
15:30 作業終了・営業所へ帰社
17:30 1日の業務終了・退社
一日の流れ(出張・前日入り)
8:30 朝礼・道具準備・積込
11:00 出張先に向けて移動
17:30 ホテル到着
翌日朝より作業開始、終了後帰社
(場所によっては作業当日もホテル宿泊し翌日帰社)
半導体装置の搬出入がメイン業務ですが、
食品関連や医療関連の装置も取り扱うため、幅広い業界で活躍の場があります。
【給与】
月給328,100円~
(基本+固定残業代+技能手当)
※固定残業代は60時間分として106,950円支給
60時間を超える場合は、超えた分を追加支給します

※社用車にて倉庫・工場間の移動があります。

【出張作業について】
出張の際には宿泊が伴うこともありますが、 出張費・宿泊費も支給されます。
社用車(デリカ・ハイエース等)に乗り合わせ、2~10人で移動します。
運転は交代しながらおこない、中継地を経由する場合もございます。
