  • はじめは店長候補として

キッチン・ホール業務を中心に

覚えていただくところからスタート。

お客様のご案内、オーダーの取り方、

レジ会計、調理など、基本的な仕事を

覚えていきます。

日々の仕事の中で、メニューや

おすすめのものを把握しましょう

  • いきなり店長でも安心

入社後は店長に必要なノウハウを学ぶ

研修をご用意しています

・人件費の考え方

・シフトの組み方

・利益の出し方

・食材の原価計算など、

少しずつ身につけていきましょう。

  • 特別なスキルや経験は必要なし

頑張りはしっかり給与で評価

入社直後から月給30万円、さらに

予算の達成でインセンティブも支給

  • 店長になった後は、

複数の店舗を管理する店長を目指したり、

マネージャーを目指して

管理側にまわったりするキャリアも

ポジションが上がるにつれて

給与もアップしていきます

  • 各店舗は、正社員2~3名、

その他10~20名のアルバイトで

シフトを回しています。

普段は4~5名ほどのスタッフで

1日やりくりしています。

考えるなど、イチからの店舗開発に

※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 27万7012円 〜 47万7012円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり2万2988円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり15時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

  • 月給30万円以上+インセンティブ+賞与
  • 仕事の覚え具合を考慮して
