【仕事内容】
ハイジェントテクノロジー株式会社 岐阜工場では、
連続プレーティング(めっき加工)設備を担当する軽作業スタッフを募集しています。
手のひらサイズの小さな金属部品を扱うため、体への負担は少なく、作業もシンプル。
工場未経験の方でも、「自分にもできる」と思える内容です。
▼業務の流れ(連続プレーティングオペレーター)
- ゆっくり動くコンベアに部品を並べる
- 加工後の製品を取り出して箱に詰める
- 製品の外観チェック(キズ・汚れ・変形などの目視確認)
- 作業内容のかんたんな記録記入
基本の作業はマニュアル化されており、イチから学べる環境が整っています。
集中力と丁寧さを活かせる仕事です。
