業界特化で培ってきた顧客アセットと、プロダクト/オペレーションの両面から、事業を複数立ち上げ・拡大してきました。

本ポジションは、その事業成長を"集客の最前線"から加速させる広告運用エキスパート職です。運用実務に留まらず、戦略設計→運用→分析→改善提案→実装推進まで一気通貫で担い、獲得の最大化をリードしていただきます。

当社の屋台骨である人材事業の事業拡大にダイレクトに影響が出るポジションです。

■Mission

広告予算を活用し、オンライン/オフライン問わず集客活動の最大化を担うポジションです。

リード/応募獲得の量と質を高めるために、配信・クリエイティブ・LP・計測を統合して改善サイクルを回し、事業の成果(次工程まで含む)にコミットしていただきます。

■業務内容

広告運用を軸に、複数事業の成長に必要なあらゆる集客業務をハンズオンで担っていただきます。

「獲得を伸ばす局面」と「計測/基盤を整える局面」で主戦場が変わるため、状況に応じて最適な打ち手を選べる方を歓迎します。

・リード/応募獲得最大化(運用・改善)

┗主にリスティング広告/ディスプレイ広告を活用した獲得最大化

┗媒体設計(アカウント構造・入札・配信設計)〜運用〜改善

┗クリエイティブの検証設計、勝ちパターンの再現/横展開

・複数事業×集客の企画〜実行(オンライン/オフライン横断)

┗複数事業の集客方針整理、予算配分、KPI設計

┗既存施策の深掘り/新規媒体・新施策の検証〜導入

・インハウスならではの改善推進

┗営業、ディレクター、デザイナーと連携した改善施策の企画〜実装

┗広告効果改善を目的としたLP/サイト改善(ABテスト含む)

・分析・計測・データ整備(必要に応じて)

┗CV定義の見直し、計測設計(イベント設計等)

┗レポーティング/ダッシュボード整備、示唆出し、意思決定支援

【求める人材】

必須要件

【必須要件】

・運用型広告の実務経験(目安3~5年以上)

┗Google広告 / Yahoo広告(リスティング・ディスプレイ)の運用経験

・人材領域 または 不動産領域 における集客(リード/応募獲得)の実務経験

・数値に基づく課題特定〜仮説設計〜改善の経験

・LP改善(ABテスト含む)やクリエイティブ検証の設計・推進経験

・関係者(営業/制作等)と連携し、改善を実装まで前に進めた経験

・運用実務だけでなく、戦略立案や分析、改善提案が一通り行える。

・中級レベルのPCスキル

┗Excel/Googleスプレッドシートを用いた基本的な集計・分析(SUM/AVERAGE/COUNTIF等)

歓迎/尚可

【歓迎要件】

・Facebook広告(Meta)、X(旧Twitter)広告、Criteo などの運用経験

・計測設計(GA4 / GTM 等)や、CRM/MA連携の経験

・SQL / GAS 等を用いたデータ集計・業務効率化(独学可)

・チームマネジメント経験

・月間1億円以上の大規模予算の運用経験

【給与】

入社時想定年収 600 万円〜1200 万円

待遇条件・昇給賞与

基本給(月額) 269,932円 ~ 個別調整

固定時間外手当(月額) 101,191円~ 個別調整

※賞与(年2回支給)を年収に含む

※固定残業代:原則として40時間相当

基礎賃金÷所定労働時間×125%(法定)

※固定残業代を超過した分の時間外労働手当は全額支給
