About the location:

Welcoming and greeting guest warmly, and ensuring that they feel comfortable and have great spa experience on their visit by following Four Seasons standards and operational procedures.
What you will do
- Provide assistance to guests and members about the retail merchandise.
- Utilize the telephones according to Four Seasons standards.
- Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
- Reporting any malfunction or Engineering issue to the appropriate department.
- Handling and prioritizing daily logistics to aid daily operations.
- To provide a friendly and professional service that always exceeds guest's expectations.
What you bring
- Require a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks.
- Ability to operate fax, scanner, copier, telephone, adding machine, calculator.
- Require knowledge of and the ability to operate computer equipment and Microsoft Office Suite software.
- Ability to read, write and speak English and Japanese.
