About the Role
In this role, you will manage and support internal IT applications, including SAP, and contribute to IT projects that drive our global operations.
What You Will Do
- Develop, operate, and manage IT applications, primarily SAP systems
- Participate in IT projects, including the introduction and rollout of new IT systems
- Provide user support by handling requests, inquiries, and troubleshooting issues
- Collaborate with team members and external partners to ensure smooth operations
What You Need to Be Successful
- Language Skills
- Japanese: Native or business level
- English: Ability to read basic English texts (emails, manuals)
- Technical Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4 HANA modules (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP) with at least 1 year of experience
- Basic knowledge and experience in IT application management and IT projects
- Development experience in ABAP or other programming languages
- University degree or equivalent professional experience

- Experience with multiple SAP modules
