職務内容
1.グローバルチーム及びサイトチームと連携し、電子バリデーションシステム(Kneat)の日々の運用・保守と継続的な改善を推進する。また、マイナーなソフトウェア変更作業、変更管理の作成、レビュー、および承認を行う。
2.サイトおよびグローバル・プロジェクトに、エンジニアリング・コンプライアンスと電子バリデーションシステムにおける広範な知識とリーダーシップを提供する。
このポジションは、エンジニアリング・コンプライアンスに関して下記を保証する。
・関連法規制要件、業界標準及び社内基準に対するコンプライアンス
・バリデーション活動に対する査察準備と実行
・バリデーション担当者のトレーニング
・エンジニアリングサービス関連の活動に関連するRCA(Root Cause Analysis)/CAPA(Corrective Action & Preventive Action)のサポート
・バリデーションドキュメント管理のサポート
・品質/バリデーションカウンシルで提示される指標管理(バリデーションメンテナンスなど)
仕事のやりがい
・GMP環境下で実施するバリデーション文書作成、承認及び保管、並びにデータを記録するためのタケダ標準ソフトウェアである電子バリデーションシステム(Kneat)のスキル、また深い知識及び経験を獲得できる。
・獲得した電子バリデーションシステム(Kneat)の知識、経験を活かして、タケダのバリデーション活動で活躍することができる。
・バリデーションに関連したコンプライアンス活動をリードすることで、成田工場及びタケダのGMP及びコンプライアンスの向上に貢献できる。
必須条件:
実務経験
・SAP、TrackWise、MES、DMS等のいずれかのシステムの使用経験
・GMP文書の作成、管理経験
・国内のGMP関連法規、通知及びガイドラインの最新のバリデーション要求事項、並びに規制要求事項に関する知識
・バリデーションの実務経験
・バリデーション文書の発行とレビューの経験
・国内当局と直接または間接的にやり取りした経験
学歴
高専卒以上)
資格
TOEIC 730点以上(または同等レベル)
語学力
日本語でのコミュニケーション(ネイティブレベル、またはN1レベル相当)
その他
夜間や休日にグローバルとの会議の可能性有 ※フレックス勤務可
将来、大阪新工場建設に伴う転勤が可能な方
望ましい条件 :
実務経験
・PIC/S、J-GMP、特にPIC/S Annex 1などのエンジニアリングコンプライアンスおよび関連法規制に関する広範な知識とリーダーシップ
ユーザーとしてGMP環境下で運用されるソフトウェアに関する深い知識と使用経験、管理者としての経験があるとなお望ましい
・関連SOP、通常のプロジェクト手順書、およびその他、必要な教育訓練についての理解
・海外のGMP関連法規及び業界標準(GMP、FDAガイドライン)、特に最新のバリデーション要求事項に関する知識
・FDAおよび他国の規制当局と直接やり取りした経験
・高い英語でのライティング、リーディング、口頭でのコミュニケーションスキル
・マネージャー以外の役割で5年以上の洗浄バリデーション、また、それらに付随する設備、機器の適格性評価及びコンピュータ化システムバリデーションの経験
・バリデーション計画書とSOPの作成と実行を含む、医薬品/バイオテクノロジーのバリデーション要素における豊富な経験、習熟度、リーダーシップ
・Quality-Engineeringツールを利用して、問題解決/トラブルシューティングを行い、リスク分析の支援経験(例えば、FMEA)
・製造及び洗浄工程に付随した制御システム(Allen-Bradley PLC、Delta V、BAS、Siemensなど)に関する知識、経験
