私たちは、公務員を目指す方々の合格をサポートする「公務員試験対策スクール」を運営しています。

現在、テレマーケティング部門の組織拡大に伴い、お客様の夢を応援するテレマスタッフを募集します。

【この仕事の魅力・ミッション】

私たちが求めているのは、マニュアル通りに話すオペレーターではありません。お客様が抱く「楽器を弾けるようになりたい」「新しい趣味を見つけたい」という**夢や憧れに共感し、その背中をそっと押してあげる「コンシェルジュ」**です。 お客様との最初の接点となるあなたの対応一つで、その方の人生が大きく変わるかもしれません。「あなたと話せてよかった、楽しみになった」——そんな言葉をいただけるやりがいを、私たちと一緒に味わいませんか? 音楽や教育の知識は入社後で構いません。大切なのは、相手の心に寄り添う「優しさ」と「熱意」です。

未経験からプロフェッショナルへ: 敬語やマナーはもちろん、相手の心を掴む「深層心理」を意識した高度なコミュニケーションスキルが身につきます。

フラットで風通しの良い職場: メンバー、SV、マネージャーの距離が近く、意見が言い合える環境です。髪型やネイルも自由(規定あり)で、自分らしく働けます。

【業務プロセス(5つのステップ)】

  • 体験レッスン希望者への初期対応

興味を持ってくださったお客様へお電話し、無料体験レッスンの流れをご案内。安心感ある第一印象を作ります。

  • ご要望のヒアリングと関係構築

「どんな曲が弾きたいか」「不安なことはないか」を傾聴し、お客様との信頼関係を築きます。

  • 関係部署への情報共有と連携

お客様の希望を正確にシステムへ入力し、講師や教室スタッフへ申し送りを行います。

  • 対応履歴・顧客情報の入力管理

やり取りを専用システムに記録。次回以降、誰が対応してもスムーズな案内ができる状態にします。

  • お客様の声をもとにした改善提案

「こうした方が喜ばれるかも」という気づきをSVやチームへ発信。あなたの気づきがサービスの質を上げます。

・未経験歓迎(接客・販売・営業などの対人業務経験があれば活かせます)

・音楽や教育に興味があり、お客様の熱量に寄り添える方

・成長企業でスキルを身につけ、将来的にリーダーやSVを目指したい方

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 22日

シフト制:1日の労働時間8時間

9:00~18:00(休憩1時間/実働8時間)

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 23万7700円 〜 26万7700円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり4万7300円 〜 5万3300円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり28時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし
