当社のクライアントは世界を代表するエンタープライズの企業様となります。

各種マーケティング活動で得られたリード・社内の人脈・既存クライアントとの取引拡大などを通して、クライアントの課題解決を行っていただくため、コンサルティング要素の高い営業です。

ご契約・受注に向けて社内外含めて多くのステークホルダーと調整・交渉していただく大変なポジションとなりますが、社会実装されたときのやりがいは、本当の意味での社会貢献を感じて頂けるポジションです。

■部署役割

営業部は、世界を代表するエンタープライズ企業を対象に、顧客の経営・事業課題を技術起点で解決へ導く法人営業を担います。展示会やマーケティングで得たリード、社内ネットワーク、既存顧客との関係深化を通じて、新規契約や取引拡大を推進。受注に向けては、社内外の多様なステークホルダーと連携し、最適な自動化ソリューションを提案します。

自動車・物流・流通を中心に、社会実装を通じて世界規模のインパクトを創出し、急成長フェーズにあるMujinの事業拡大を最前線で牽引する中核部門です。

■募集背景

事業急成長による増員。

Mujinは過去10年間で積み上げた数多くの成功案件と、累計1,000台を超えるロボット導入実績を基盤に、現在第3フェーズである「トータルエンジニアリング事業」へと突入し、急成長を遂げています。

イオンとのパートナーシップ締結、アクセンチュアとのジョイントベンチャー発足等をはじめ、国内事業の拡大はかつてないスピードで成長しています。

業務内容

製造業や物流業の顧客現場を訪問し、実態をヒアリングし、課題特定を行い、最適な自動化ソリューションの提案する。
製造業・物流業のお客様を中心に、新規および既存顧客に対して提案活動を実施し、売上目標の達成を目指す。
顧客のニーズ(QCD:品質、コスト、納期)を把握し、受注可否の判断、現場確認、提案書作成、価格・納期交渉、受注に至るまでの営業プロセスを遂行する。
構内物流における自動化ソリューションの提案資料・見積書を作成し、顧客に対して詳細な説明を行う。
納入後の初動トラブル対応を含むアフターサポートを提供し、顧客満足度を向上させる。
エンドユーザー、パートナー企業、商社などを対象としたセミナーや展示会を企画・運営し、ソリューションの理解促進や新規案件獲得を目指す。
その他ソリューション営業に関連する業務を遂行する。

必須要件

以下のいずれかの経験をお持ちである方
マテハン領域ご経験
自動化設備・産業設備のソリューション営業またはプリセールス経験

プレイングマネージャーとしてのチームマネジメント、メンバー育成の経験
