In this position, you are responsible for setup/installation, configuration, and customization of technical solutions, applications, or processes designed for the client's purchased technology and/or business outcome solutions.
Create process documentation (functional requirements/designs/lessons learned)
Train or coordinate training for clients
Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems
Identify and document technical issues to be escalated to product and SI teams for resolution
Provide feedback based on client experiences to internal teams for product and process improvements
Work directly with clients on-site or provide project support remotely
Work in conjunction with pre-sales in some activities
Education / Qualifications
Native level Japanese speaker
Business level English speaker
Experience in coordinating internal processes.
Project Controls Knowledge and previous experience in projects.
Previous experience in the software / system implementation of enterprise level solution.
Ability to work independently and flexibility to travel when necessary.
Be self-motivated, flexible and able to take initiative.
