仕事内容


人事業務(労務・採用)全般をお任せします

まずはできる業務からスタート

具体的には…

  • 労務業務

・勤怠データの確認、管理

・入社・退社に伴う各種労務手続き

・給与奉行クラウドを使用した給与計算、給与関連業務

・月次仕訳入力などの経理補佐業務

  • 採用業務

・求人募集

・応募者対応

  • その他

・電話対応、社内外の問い合わせ対応

・労務や総務に関連する業務全般

<配属先の編成>

現在内勤メンバーは、30代を中心に女性4名が活躍中

経理主任1名、

総務スタッフ3名が在籍しており

入社後は社内メンバーだけでなく

顧問社労士もあなたのミカタとして独り立ちまでサポートします

  • 基本的なPC操作が可能な方(Word・Excel)
  • 給与計算の実務経験をお持ちの方(ツール不問)
