Job Requirements

  • Required English Level: Conversational Level
  • Required Japanese Level: Business Level
  • Current Residence Requirement: Japan
  • Visa Sponsorship: Yes
  • Japanese ability (approximately N2-N1)
  • However, those who have experience in the field of mobile phone sales or the other service related works (customer service, marketing, etc.)are also acceptable
  • We highly welcome those who "like to interact with the customers" and "want to become a full-time employee"

    Job Description
    The main task is:
  • Help desk and customer service related works

    Detailed description:
  • In-store customer reception
  • Consultation and discussion with the customers
  • Reception of new applications, explanation of price plans and models, price breakdowns, etc.
  • Various paperwork
  • Dealing with smartphone related classes, lectures, events, etc.
  • Phone answering
  • The other miscellaneous works, etc.

    Working hours:
  • Shift based working hours (8 hours, with 1 hour of break)
  • Business hours may vary between one to the other stores

    Days off:
  • 123 days off per year (including 5 paid holidays)
  • 8-9 days of per month
