仕事内容:

■担当業務:

空調設備や電気設備に伴う設計~施工管理までの幅広い業務をお任せいたします。

・顧客との打ち合わせ

・設備設計・施工図の作成・原価管理

・施工業者への現場指示・現場作業の管理業務

※オフィスフロアの一室から、大規模製造工場の設備工事まで、幅広い案件に従事いただきます。

■組織構成:

・技術部には、11名が在籍しています。40代管理者他、20代を中心とした若手社員が活躍しています。

・本件は、即戦力として当部門を牽引し、若手社員の育成にも携われる中堅層の募集です。

■働き方など:

・残業月平均20時間/年間休日123日(土日祝休み)/フレックス制度導入(コアタイムなし)など、働きやすい環境づくりに注力しています。

勤務時間・曜日:

平日:8:30~17:30

平均所定労働時間:162時間/月

会社としての始業・終業時間は8:30~17:30ですが、勤務いただく際はコアタイムのない、スーパーフレックスタイム制度です。

1カ月の勤務時間の合計が、定められた1カ月の労働時間以上になるようにワークスケジュールを自由に組んでください。

定められた1カ月の労働時間を超えた分は、残業時間となり、時間外手当が給与に加算されます。

就労期間:無期

※定年制度はありません。

60歳で正社員継続、嘱託社員へ移行、一度退職し退職金を受給して正社員再入社が選べます。

月給310,000円~

20代、営業未経験

交通費(従業員平均)10,000円、家賃6万円(本人契約)の人の場合。子ども1人

内訳:基本給 250,000円

住宅手当 30,000円

通勤手当 10,000円

※経験・スキルを考慮の上、当社規定により決定します。

※試用期間6ヶ月あり(条件は同じです)
