ブロックチェーン、越境ECシステム、AIによるWEBマーケティングなど最新技術をキャッチし、
ITソリューションを展開している当社にて、システムエンジニアとして開発~保守・運用業務をお任せします。
ゆくゆくはプロジェクトリーダーとしてご活躍頂きます。

■職務詳細
・求人マッチングDXシステムの開発、越境ECシステムの開発
(企画・要件定義から基幹システム構築、在庫管理、物流システムまで実現)
・常駐型人材サービス事業…クライアント先にて事務、ヘルプデスク、等各種サポート業務やシステム開発
※常駐先としては、金融、エンターテインメント、通信と幅広いクライアントのプロジェクトに
参画していくことが可能です。

また、現在70%の割合でテレワークを行っており、
個々に合わせたフレキシブルな働き方が出来るような体制を整えています。

社員への評価は、お客様からの評価と年次昇給制度、
毎年社員自身で立てた目標の達成度の3つの指標で行われるなど、多面的な制度がございます。

システムエンジニアとして保守運用業務のご経験がある方。(微経験歓迎)
システムエンジニアとして開発経験がある方。(年数不問)

残業時間は10~20時間ほどで、定時で上がることがほとんどとのことです。
休暇・休日:

・週休2日制(休日は会社カレンダーによる)
・年間有給休暇10日~20日(下限日数は、入社半年経過後の付与日数となります)
給与:
固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥458,300は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥70,000〜¥153,000(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
