【業務内容】
IT金融グループの実現に向けてエンジニア/デザイナー/データアナリストを自社で抱えシステム開発を内製化する同社にて、アプリ開発エンジニアチームのPLとして、お客様に選ばれる自社サービスの実現を期待します。
【魅力】
WEBシステムの開発リードエンジニアとしてシステムの要件整理から開発、運用保守まで一貫したシステム開発に携わって頂きます。エンドユーザーとの距離がとても近いため、要件定義やビジネスなどの上流工程も経験することが出来ます。
入社後はご経験に合わせてPMとともにPLとしてプロジェクトを推進いただくことを想定しています。
※入社後は配属部署の業務に従事いただく予定ですが、
その後はご本人の適性により、同社業務全般に変更する可能性があります。
【働き方】
基本的に週1回の出社で、それ以外は在宅勤務をしている社員が多く、個々人の事情に応じた柔軟な働き方を目指していますので、相談が可能です。また、新サービスのリリースまでの期間は2~3週間程度と、迅速なスピードで開発を進められるアジャイル開発環境が整っています。残業は少な(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
