業務内容
【業務概要】
トヨタ自動車では、お客様ニーズに応じてもっといいクルマを短期間でお届けするため、車両開発・生産のプロセス変革に取り組んでいます。
プロセス変革を推進する為に、設計から製造のデータ一気通貫基盤、データ解析、シミュレーション自働化等の企画・開発を行っています。
【業務詳細】
・車両生産ラインデータの一元管理・連携する基盤(PLM)構築・導入・運用改善
・生産準備/製造プロセスの効率化に向けたデータ可視化・分析ツール企画・開発
・IoTやAIを活用した設備稼働データの収集・解析
・製造ラインのデジタルツイン構築
・海外拠点含む関係部署との協働によるDX推進

応募資格
・製造業でのシステム企画、要件定義、導入経験、または設計業務や生産準備業務の経験
・関係部署や仕入先との調整力、ファシリテーション力、コミュニケーション能力
・SQL、Java、Pythonなどを用いたソフトウェア設計やアプリ開発の経験
・生成AI、IoT、シミュレーション技術に関する知見
・海外拠点とのプロジェクト推進経験(TOEIC 600点以上を目安)

想定年収 5,000,000円~16,800,000円
