この度、事業拡大に伴い【キャンピングカーレンタル店長候補】のポジションでメンバーを募集

本ポジションでは、社員・アルバイトのマネジメントをはじめ、車両の効率的な運用管理、お客様への手配・貸出・返却対応、操作説明、メンテナンスまで、店舗運営の中核を担っていただきます。

単なる接客や管理業務にとどまらず、「店舗をどう成長させるか」を考え、実行できる裁量あるポジションです。

未経験の業務があっても、確実にスキルを身につけられる体制を整えています。

【給与】

年俸400万円~800万円

※経験・スキルを考慮の上、決定します。

※年俸を13分割し支給します。

※試用期間3ヶ月あり(その間、給与変動なし)

千葉県市川市堀之内5-2325

【交通アクセス】

北総線「北国分駅」徒歩7分

【勤務時間・曜日】

9:00~22:00の間でシフト制(実働8時間)

【シフト例】

9:00~18:00

13:00~22:00 など

【資格・経験】

  • 普通自動車免許(AT限定可)
  • 基本的なPCスキル
  • 車の運転に抵抗がない方

【歓迎経験】

  • 接客・販売経験
  • マネジメント経験
