【業務内容】

■主にFA(フィナンシャルプランアドバイザー)のマネージャー候補としてメンバーの採用から育成まで担当し、チーム作り・運営をお任せします。

【具体的には】

■優秀な人材をスカウトして採用する

■FAの育成・コーチング

■営業課のマネジメント

■営業課の分離輩出 など

■FA(フィナンシャルプランアドバイザー)とは

・お客様の夢の実現に向けた家計や保険の分析・見直しアドバイス等を行います。

・また、お客様の夢の実現にむけて一緒にライフプランを考え、最適でカスタマイズされた提案をします。

・大型法人契約など法人向け福利厚生、従業員のライフプランの提供などもご担当いただきます。(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
