職務目的(Job Purpose)
- AIG損保(日本)の209個のGERA管理アプリケーション、インフラを起因としたインシデント管理、システム障害削減計画の策定、シニアマネジメントへの報告を含むITサービスマネジメントを担当する。
職責(Job Responsibilities)
(1) 重大インシデント発生時のリスクコントロール
- 重大インシデント発生時の業務影響を踏まえたトリアージを行い、すべてのITチーム (インフラ、アプリ、Middle wear/DBA など) に渡るトラブルシューティングと解決策を調整する。
- IT、ビジネスオーナー、エンドユーザーへのコミュニケーション、社内外に対するシステム停止の通知を含めて復旧までチームを主導する。
- 緊急対策チーム(DAT)、危機管理チーム(IMT)へ適切なエスカレーションを行う。
(2) インシデントプロセスの運用・改善
- インシデントプライオリティ判定基準の適切な運営と見直し、グローバルプロセスに準拠したインシデントプロセスの運用を監督しプロセス違反を含めた改善・是正措置を推進する。
- ITチームを対象としたインシデントプロセストレーニングを実施し、インシデント管理体制の維持・向上を図る。
- 発生したインシデントの事象や対応状況等の確認を目的とした定例会議を運営する。
(3) システム障害削減計画の策定と実行管理
- インシデントの発生領域・発生件数・業務影響などの傾向と原因を分析するとともに、プロダクションサポートチーム、開発チームと調整してシステム障害削減計画の策定と実行管理を主導する。
(4) RCA(Root Cause Analysis)
- 同様のシステム障害の再発を防止するために、担当者から提供された発生の根本原因の究明を含む分析結果、再発防止策の立案を示す文書を検証し、妥当性を判断する障害管理チームを主導する。
- 再発防止策をレビューし合意を得るための定例会議を運営する。
(5) レポート
- 発生した全てのインシデントをタイムリーかつ正確に記録し、週次、月次、四半期、半期、年次毎にレポートを作成の上、所属部門長、シニアマネジメントに対する報告を行う。

- 明瞭で簡潔な書面および口頭でのコミュニケーションスキルと、情報および対人関係における洞察力を利用して合意を促進する能力
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
- ITIL/ITSMプロセスに関する豊富な知識、損害保険業務に関する一般知識があることが望ましい
業務経験
- 金融機関における5年以上のIT開発または運用経験
- 部門内または部門外の関係者が多数参加するような会議体のファシリテーションなど、対人的な調整・折衝についての実務経験
- IT品質管理・改善活動に関する実務経験があることが望ましい
