最初は簡単なプログラミング動作確認やシステムの運用保守などをお任せします

初めはわからないことが多いと思いますが、入社後に少しずつ時間をかけて専門的な知識や言語、ITのスキルを身に付けていけばOKです

入社後は3ヶ月の自社独自のエンジニア研修があります

年収例:

・420万円/入社2年目・(月給26万4000円+賞与)

・450万円/入社3年目・(月給28万2000円+賞与)

・490万円/入社4年目・(月給30万7000円+賞与)
