仕事内容:

既に保険サービスを契約されているお客様に対し、新しいプランのご提案をするお仕事です 『ただ作業するだけじゃなくて、人と話す仕事がしたい』という方にはピッタリ

・保険代理店(アフラック、メットライフ生命、見直し本舗さんなどプロジェクト多数)での架電営業をお任せします

・既存の契約者様に対して保険の見直しやプランの追加、新規契約の提案を行います

・架電→アポ取得→クロージングまでを実施(【例】100架電で通電30件、平均で7~8件のアポ取得、成約率は20%)

・チーム制で動き、1チームおおよそ4~5名稼働、個人KPIあり

・研修が充実(入社から2週間はDSPで研修→配属後1カ月は生保資格の研修→配属2か月目から架電開始)

・月給(基本給 +出向手当 +業務手当)+業績インセンティブ

※入社~現場配属前:206,000円の日割り

・インセンティブ有り(インセンティブの獲得は平均2~3万円/月)

・トッププレイヤーは12万円/月のインセンティブ獲得実績あり
