仕事内容:

飲食店向けのサイト運営会社にて、IRのサポートをお願いします。

四半期ごと・随時行う各業務をお任せします。

週2~3日(10:00~19:00)や週4~5日の半日勤務(10:00~15:00)など、フルタイム以外の働き方が可能な方、歓迎。

<四半期ごと>

・社内のスケジュール調整・会議設定

・投資家面談アレンジ(日程の調整、面談履歴の管理)

・決算説明会の運営サポート(会場・業者の手配:経理処理含む、投資家への案内配信、実施結果の集計)

<随時>

・業者との契約更新手続き

・郵便物・備品などの管理
