阿部興業 株式会社は、木製ドアや建具、家具部材の製造を手掛ける老舗メーカーです。今回募集する工場作業・加工職は、木製ドアや建具、家具部材の加工作業を中心に、扉・枠への加工、レールやベニヤなど各種部品のカット、モックアップの組み立て・つり込み・解体など、幅広い木工業務を担当していただきます。加工に伴う簡単な受発注処理や、加工場の機械設備・工具・消耗品の備品管理もお任せします。

未経験からでも段階的に技術を習得できる教育体制が整っており、加工だけでなく受発注や設備管理など、幅広いスキルを身につけることが可能です。ものづくりへの興味がある方、コツコツと丁寧な作業が得意な方、木材を扱う仕事に挑戦したい方に最適な環境です。
