・職種:建物設備管理員(ビルメンテナンス)

【主要業務】

・商業施設に常駐し、建物内の巡回および設備機器類の目視点検を実施します。

・電球などの消耗品交換や簡単な修繕作業を行います。

・施設の繁盛時には、お客様の整理および誘導を担当します。

・建物内テナントの定期清掃に関する日程調整および案内配布を行います。

・事故、災害、緊急時などに適切な対応を行います。

・各種法定点検および修繕工事、清掃業務の立会いと管理を担当します。

・業務に関する報告書等をPC(メール、エクセル)で作成し、保管します。

・ビル内、テナント内のメーター検針業務を実施します。

・中長期的な修繕計画を作成します。

・劇場および近隣施設の運営補助、雑務のサポート業務も含まれます。
