Department Profile
Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM) is one of the largest global asset management organizations of any full-service securities firm, with 45 offices serving clients in 19 countries. MSIM's professionals worldwide provide outstanding long-term investment performance. We offer clients a diverse array of equity, fixed income, liquidity and alternative investments, including real asset strategies.

Responsibilities
・ Develop long-term/short-term business development strategy for own equity products

・ Promote own products to sales on a regular basis and ensure frequent sales activities

・ Promotion and servicing to clients

・ Develop marketing / servicing materials

・ Liaise with team members in other offices

Typical Qualifying Background
・ Experience as a product specialist, a portfolio manager, and/or sales

・ Experience of covering equities at asset management firms and/or other financial institutions

Personality And Skills
・ Strong commercial mindset

・ Deep Investment knowledge and insight

・ Strong Japanese and English capability

・ Team worker and credible communicator
