仕事内容:

【未経験から始める法人営業安心の研修&サポート体制】

「営業にチャレンジしたい」「接客経験を活かしたい」「土日祝休みの働き方に変えたい」そんな方にぴったりの法人営業職です。大手ケーブルテレビ会社のサービス(インターネット・ケーブルテレビ等)を既存の集合住宅オーナー様や不動産仲介会社へご提案。訪問の約束から商談、資料作成、誓約書作成まで一貫して担当しますが、入社後2ヶ月間の充実した研修と先輩同行で、未経験でも安心してスタートできます。

【具体的な業務内容】

・集合住宅オーナー様へのサービス導入提案

・不動産仲介会社へのヒアリングや資料配布

・エリア内での情報収集や関係性構築

※既存物件が中心、会社認知度も高く提案しやすい環境です。

【入社後の流れ】

▼1か月目:座学研修・ロールプレイングで基礎から学習

▼2か月目:先輩社員と営業同行で実践力を養成

▼3か月目:営業デビュー早期から成約実績を上げる先輩も多数

給与:

【給与詳細】

・月給:240,000円(基本給208,141円+固定残業手当31,859円/20時間分含む)

・基本給:191,502円~208,141円

・固定残業代:28,498円~31,859円(20時間分)

・超過分は別途支給

・交通費支給(上限2万円/月)

・月次インセンティブあり(Aさん月平均5万円、Bさん3万円、Cさん11万円)

・賞与なし(インセンティブで還元)

・昇給なし(ジョブローテーション時に給与改定あり)
