『ULTRAMAN』や『仮面ライダークウガ』など、多くの人気作品を世に送り出してきた当社。近年ではメディアミックスや海外展開も積極的に行い、事業を拡大しています。 今回は、新たに立ち上がったBLレーベルの組織力強化のため、新たなメンバーを募集することになりました。安定した環境で、作品づくりに没頭したい方をお待ちしています。
仕事内容
新設のBL漫画レーベルにて、編集業務全般をお任せします。作家をサポートしながら、企画から書籍化、販促企画までトータルに携わっていただきます。
具体的には
BL漫画の編集・制作業務(作品の制作進行管理、ネームチェック、校正など)
担当作家のサポート業務
Webマガジン刊行、単話販売、書籍化に向けた各種業務
作品の販売企画立案(作家、営業部、電子書店などとの連携)
レーベルの認知度向上のための施策立案・実行

給与:月給272,258円~
※固定残業代(71,258円~/月45時間分)を含む
※経験、能力を考慮のうえ決定します
※試用期間6ヶ月あり(期間中は契約社員雇用、給与、待遇に変更なし/退職金および昇給は本採用後の適用)
※契約期間終了後に正社員雇用となります

諸手当:通勤手当(1ヶ月分の定期代を毎月全額支給)
- 出張手当(国内:2000円/泊、海外:6000円/泊)
- 勤続年数に応じた特別手当とリフレッシュ休暇(5年:3日間/3万円、15年:5日間/5万円、25年:10日間/10万円
休日・休暇:【年間休日120日以上】※その年の歴日数によりますが、平均124日~128日です。
