求める人材:

人柄採用

■未経験・学歴不問(高卒、既卒、第二新卒歓迎)

■社会人経験、就労経験不問

→初めての正社員に挑戦したいという人も大歓迎

要普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

★社員の80%は未経験からの出発。

中にはフリーターから建築事務アシスタントを経て、建築管理事務へキャリアチェンジした人も

★PCスキル不問。初心者研修で基礎の基礎から学びつつ、

働いていく準備を整えていただきます。

勤務時間・曜日:

8:00~17:00(休憩1時間)

早めのプロジェクトが多いので夕方からの時間をたくさん使えちゃう

9:00~18:00 のプロジェクトもありますので、アナタのワークライフバランスに合わせて

残業全社平均で月20時間ほどと残業少なめ

時には残業なしで帰る日もありつつ、安定して稼ぎたい人向け

休暇・休日:

完全週休2日制(土日)、祝日

年次有給休暇(入社後半年に付与。10日~最大20日)
