自動車業界は100年に一度の大変革期を迎え、技術革新や市場環境の変化が急速に進んでいます。

当社では、さらなる安心・安全の提供と新たな価値創出を通じた事業拡大を目指しています。

その実現に向け、短期間で狙い通りの開発を行い、手戻りのないモノづくりを支える技術者教育が重要となっています。

今回、設計力向上を目的とした技術者教育を推進・提供するメンバーを募集いたします。

【配属部門の概要】

- 自動車技術本部は自動車系の技術系機能を集約した組織です。

  • 技術統制課は、自動車用ランプ分野における設計者教育および教育制度を見直し、新たな価値を創出できる人材と仕組みの構築を担います。

【担当する業務(概要)】

自動車用ランプ設計者の育成を目的とした教育の推進・運営

【担当する業務(詳細)】

・設計者教育の計画・運営および実施

・若手・既存設計者への教育および育成支援

・AI等を活用した設計者教育の効率化

・設計者教育制度の見直し・改善

・関係部署や外部講師との調整業務

【入社後の中長期的なキャリアパス】

自部門での技術指導および教育を通し、設計エンジニアとしてキャリアを積んでいただき、ゆくゆくは係長としてチームを牽引して頂きます。その後は、マネージャー職またはエキスパート職どちらの選択も可能です。

【働き方について】

当社ではフレックスタイム制(コアタイム制(13:00-15:00))を採用しており、

業務状況やプライベートに合わせて利用できます。

また、通勤については居住地に応じて高速道路での通勤も認められています。

【外出・出張の有無】

他拠点や展示会や関係会社への外出・出張が年に数回あります。

【必須要件】

- 機械設計経験2年以上

【歓迎スキル】

- 3D-CADの実務経験

  • 自動車部品の製品設計経験

【報酬】

基本給23万円~38万円/月

※スキル・経験に応じて前後する場合がございます。

※別途下記手当あり

①20代:450万円~600万円

②30代:500万円~750万円

③40代:600万円~800万円
