<医療系私立大学での医局秘書業務> ・担当教員の秘書業務全般 ・スケジュール管理(会議&打ち合わせの日程調整、予定入力) ・メール&電話対応(学内外からの問い合わせ対応、取次ぎ) ・来客対応(受付、案内等) ・文書・配布物対応(郵便物・配布物の回収、仕分け、配布、ファイリング、整理、保管) ・研究関連部署に関わる事務業務(研究予算に関する書類処理、経費精算手続き) ・備品の発注および管理 ・学内各所への書類提出などの外回り業務 【就業環境について】 ・部署人数:6名 (常勤および兼任教職員) ・男女比:5:5 ・年齢層:30~60代 ・同業務対応:2名 ・服装:オフィスカジュアル

\他に2名ほど同業務の方もいるので安心です/9:00~17:00のきっちり定時退社JR中央総武線や中央線快速だったり東京メトロ千代田線からもアクセス可です
