リフォーム・リノベーションの工事課長候補【上場不動産テック企業/週休二日/神奈川】
【仕事内容】
課長候補【弊社入社実績あり】新規拠点立ち上げなどもあり業績好調な成長企業マンション、戸建てを中心としたリノベーション・リフォームの設計~施行管理をお任せします。

マンション、戸建てを中心とした総合リノベーション・リフォームのご提案、設計・施工管理などをお任せします。
現在は中古物件がメインとなりますが、今後は新築物件も手掛けていくにあたり、組織強化のため増員募集となります。
さまざまな課題に対してリーダーシップを持ち、より強固な組織基盤を構築し、当チーム全体を牽引する存在として、支店の発展に貢献していただきます。
現場をリードし、若手社員を指導していただける経験者を募集します。
※取り扱い物件はワンルームマンション、ファミリータイプマンション、戸建て、ビル1棟と様々です。
【具体的には】
- 着工前の現場調査
- プランニングの計画・内装のデザイン/図面作成まで一貫して担当
- 業者の手配やスケジュール調整
- 見積・積算の作成およびコスト管理
- プランに沿った工程管理・品質管理・安全管理など
- 物件の検査・確認
- 物件引き渡し後のフォロー
などの業務を担当している組織全体のスキル向上に向けた教育指導、各案件の相談対応、リーダーとしての業者折衝などをお任せし、より強固な組織基盤を構築していただきます。
横浜支店の管理職としてチームビルディングやマネジメントをお任せいたします。

【年収・給与】
年収例:550万円~900万円(35歳~49歳例)月給例:36万円~59万円※課長職採用で検討しておりますので、労働基準法41条により、労働時間・休憩・休日の割増賃金の規定は適用されません。昇給:年2回(2/8月)賞与:年3回(4/8/12月)※昨年実績3.2ヶ月※年齢・経験・能力や前職給与を考慮の上、優遇いたします。【同社年収例】450万円/主任(未経験・20代・二級建築士)580万円/係長(業界経験3年目・30代男性)700万円/課長(業界経験20年・40代)
