求める人材:

【必須】

・直近の8年間に航空宇宙及び防衛(ASD)産業界において通算4年以上の実務経験がある方。

※実務経験とは、航空宇宙及び防衛(ASD)産業界において常勤の従業員又は請負契約者として、

次の a), b), c) のいずれかの組織内で、エンジニアリング、設計、製造、品質保証/品質管理、工程管理に直接関与した経験を指す。

a) 主要装備品製造/組立組織-航空宇宙及び防衛(ASD)分野の完成機及びシステム全体(例えば、航空機、船舶、潜水艦、主要な武器システム、打上げロケット、宇宙船/人工衛星など)を設計、製造及び引き渡す組織

b) プライム組織-航空宇宙及び防衛(ASD)用の最終品目の主要アセンブリ、主要サブアセンブリ又は主要構成品(例えば、キャビン、翼、胴体、推進システム(航空機エンジン等)、制御システム、健全性監視システム、兵器管理システム、レーダーシステム、緊急警報システム、バックアップシステム)を設計及び/又は製造する組織

c) 航空宇宙及び防衛(ASD)規制機関-国土交通省航空局、防衛省、JAXA、など

・IRCA/JRCA認定品質マネジメントシステム審査員コース合格者

・上記審査員コース未受講の場合、入社前の受講が必須となります(費用は自己負担)

・PC操作スキル(MS Word、Excel、インターネット、メールを業務で不自由無く使えるレベル)

【歓迎】

・中級英語能力(TOEIC650点~) (英語のメールでのコミュニケーション、英語の審査報告書の作成ができるレベル)

・航空宇宙及び防衛(ASD)産業についての知識

例:先行製品品質計画、変更管理、不適合品の封じ込め、原因分析、及び是正処置、形態管理、識別、及びトレーサビリティ、クリティカルアイテム及びキー特性、設計及び開発、異物による損傷/異物残置(FOD)防止計画、不適合品の管理、航空宇宙及び防衛(ASD)分野の規制要求事項 ほか)
