仕事内容:

南港病院でのセラピスト業務全般を担当します。急性期一般病棟から小児訪問リハビリまで、幅広いフィールドで実践的な経験を積むことができます。

・急性期一般・地域包括ケア病棟でのリハビリテーション業務 ・回復期リハビリテーション病棟および外来リハビリでの患者様対応 ・訪問リハビリ・小児訪問リハビリでの在宅支援 ・通所リハビリ・リハビリ特化型デイサービスでのセラピスト業務 ・摂食機能療法チーム、NST委員会、認知症ケアラウンド、緩和ケアラウンド、褥瘡ラウンドなど、多職種連携によるチーム医療の推進

ユマニチュードを推進し、患者様に寄り添った心のこもったケアを提供する職場です。資格取得見込みの方も相談可能。

【勤務時間】 ・08:45~17:15 ・シフト制勤務

月給 233,050円 ~ 270,000円
